"I have always been interested in therapies to help the body heal, and in methods to improve energy flow. I have over 15 years experience as a deep-tissue massage therapist and energy worker, and I integrate these techniques into my reflexology and reiki sessions!"

“I have been a licensed medical esthetician since 2008. My goal is to offer anti-aging procedures that will help you to age gracefully while also promoting a relaxing and therapeutic environment. I am absolutely passionate about what I do. With every treatment I not only include facial massage but also scalp massage and a hot stone shoulder massage. If your skin is feeling dull, dry, or if you have enlarged pores that tend to get clogged easily than treat yourself to a service with me!”

'Health and healing has been a passion of mine for many years. I have dual certification in reflexology and have been practicing for decades. I offer an exclusive service at The Salt Cave that combines traditional, Thai and gemstome reflexology together to create a truly spiritual and healing experience! I pride myself on bringing a nurturing nature and high vibration experience to all of my clients."

"After graduating massage school back in 1996, I began my practice at an Acupuncture & Health Center while living in Northern California.  There I began to study and grow increasingly interested in incorporating both an Eastern & Western approach to healing, energy and integrated bodywork.  

Through my decades long working as a Certified Massage Therapist, I have had the privilege of honing my skills through several therapeutic modalities, working with and caring for clients thru a Heart-centered approach. I am also a Level II Reiki Practitioner.

I am happy now to be working in such a healthy environment at The Salt Cave in Newtown, practicing Reflexology and Massage.  Look forward to seeing you!"

I integrate traditional Chinese Medicine treatment methods into my techniques in Swedish massage, trigger point work, deep tissue massage, and reflexology. I have also been certified in our Japanese Cosmo Facial, which helps to bring reflexology massage to the muscles of the face.
