Cave Policies

  • Absolutely no food or drink in the caves. Drinks are ONLY permitted in our Deluxe Room (Newtown), as long as you have a cup with a lid.

  • Come dressed in comfortable clothing.

  • Must wear or change into clean white or light colored socks to enter the caves. 

  • Our caves are a quiet environment. Talking and conversations are not permitted, unless you have reserved the space for a private event or are in our Deluxe Room (Newtown).

  • NO electronic devices in the caves. We highly encourage you to keep all electronic devices in your car or you may leave it in a cubby in our lounge. We will not be responsible for any damages the salt may cause to these devices . Also these are a huge distraction to other guests. 

  • Please do not leave the session after it starts unless it is an absolute emergency. You will NOT be permitted to re-enter the session if you exit. Please use the bathroom before you enter the caves. We can not control if people cough, sneeze or snore while in the cave. If you would like to book private sessions you may inquire with your cave host or you may book our private Deluxe Room (Newtown) or a Private Service.

  • Only 2 children per adult in the cave during children's sessions.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 16 are only permitted to visit during KIDS SESSIONS - please inquire to schedule or request special accommodations. 

  • Please do no touch the walls, bricks or room decor. Yes, they are salt which is very fragile. If you touch the salt it will cause damage.

  • Absolutely NO THROWING or removing salt from the cave.

  • Treatment should be avoided during the acute phase of any illness, including the following: FLU, COVID, infections accompanied by fever, acute active tuberculosis, cardiac insufficiency, C.O.P.D. in the third stage, bleeding, spitting of blood, alcohol or drug intoxication, unstable or uncontrolled hypertension, and acute stages of respiratory diseases.

  • PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SALT CAVE IF YOU HAVE THE FLU OR A STOMACH VIRUS. You will be turned away and asked to reschedule if you appear ill. 

  • We have the right to turn anyone away whom we feel is too sick.

  • No wearing of excessive essential oils, heavy perfumes and lotions.

  • No smoking at least 1 hour before any services.

MUST KNOW INFORMATION:

NO SMOKING BEFORE A SESSION.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK TO FACILITY UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOKED A PRIVATE EVENT.

OUR RETURN POLICY

  • All health, wellness, remedy and beauty Items are FINAL SALE. 

  • All CBD items are FINAL SALE.

  • Home/Jewelry retail will receive STORE CREDIT within 30 days. 

  • Any used or lit candle will NOT receive a store credit.

  • Gift Cards are NON REFUNDABLE. 

  • Services once completed are NON REFUNDABLE.

GIFT CARD POLICY

  •  Gift Cards are location specific.

  • Treat your gift card like cash/currency. Lost gift cards CANNOT be replaced. The customer is fully responsible for lost or misplaced gift cards.

  • In order to redeem a gift card the customer MUST provide the physical gift card or the registry number. We cannot look up or recover lost gift cards.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

  • In the state of Pennsylvania, gift cards expire after 5 years of receiving them.

FREE SESSION CARD POLICY

  • Free Session Cards have no cash value and cannot be combined or used towards other services.

  • Free Session Cards or Bonus Cards and Promotions have restrictions and expiration's. No exceptions will be made for free promotions. Expired coupons or vouchers or any prior specials past the validation date, are not valid towards any services and have no monetary value.

PRE-PAID SERVICES, TICKETS, OR PRIVATE PARTIES:

  • Natural disasters, weather related closings or any closures beyond The Salt Caves control, will result in a full credit to redeem services at a later date.

  • Refunds will not be issued. Service, ticket or party credits will be issued to the client account ONLY.

 

For rescheduling or cancelling a Private + Pre-Paid Service, we ask for 24-48 hours notice minimum.

For rescheduling or cancelling a Private Party, 1 weeks notice minimum is preferred.
